We believe that one of the great strengths of a democracy is that each individual has something unique to contribute to our collective quest to build a society in which we all can thrive.  Our team is committed to:

• Helping individuals discover how they can optimize their own contributions

• Helping to build a society in which these contributions are welcome and effective

• Determining how we, as a team, can add the most value with our contributions

As a team, we have a strong bias toward action and an equally strong bias toward careful analysis, inclusive discussion, and long-term planning.

We meet on the first and third Monday evening of each month at locations in Santa Cruz and the San Lorenzo Valley. We also support attendance via Zoom.
