Current Activities

Building upon our contributions leading up to the June 2nd California Primary Election, we are planning a number of activities aimed at promoting a Blue Wave in the November Midterm Election. There are four races in particular where we think we can make a difference. We plan to work with partner organizations on activities aimed at maximizing voter turnout (e.g., registration, canvassing, phone-banking, post-carding). We also want to raise awareness of key pro-democracy issues.

We believe the following candidates are the best choices for anyone concerned about opposing autocracy and strengthening our democracy:

• U.S. Congressional Representative for CA-19.  Jimmy Panetta.

• Governor of California.   Xavier Becerra.

• U.S. Congressional Representative for CA-13.  Adam Gray.

• U.S. Congressional Representative for CA-22. Randy Villegas.
